I like the views and the breakfast.
They didn't mop the floor everyday or change sheets everyday, Didn't provide the right amount of towels or cups in the rooms.

Nice hotel right on the ocean, quaint yet just enough lively town within walking distance from hotel
The CHEF NEFF was great! He came out and checked on the guests and was sooo nice. JAY AND SHAUNA were great also. The tall young man at the bar makes a great drink! Cleaning staff Judith and the cleaning staff Trisha exceptional. CECIL has great customer service and the best person to meet and greet all guests! Micoh the manager made sure that all my requests were met from beginning to end!
The other staff at the bar/waitress Shenele I think her name was needs a serious attitude adjustment on team work and work ethics all she did was complicate and make things worse from her lack of effort to do things. The construction/renovation went from 6am till 10 pm even on the weekends. There needs to be a cut off time! Like 9am till 5pm so people in there room could enjoy thier stay. No clocks in the room and only one mirror in the bathroom found that odd and needs to an addition once renovated.

Good
This hotel could be so much more. Good location. Large grounds. Decent sized rooms. All a bit shabby though. Staff friendly but could have been “friendlier”. Breakfast ok, very Jamaican (good) but then not particularly well executed.
Being made to wear a wristband (as if you had just checked into an all-inclusive resort hotel) purely to prove that you’re a resident for breakfast purposes. Silly.
